The BANK-SHIELD covering is built with concrete panels measuring m 1.00x3.00x0.15, weighing about 700 Kg, reinforced with 14 Kg of iron trestles. The panels can be put next or on the top of each other along the bank. The lower side has four points while the upper side has mating grooves. The body has nine hollow pockets, that must be filled with good soil and sown. The pockets help the drainage of the underlying ground and the growth of the greenery that in a short time completely hides the covering. For terrains rich in fine silt the use of a filtering substrate of non woven polyester fabric is highly recommended
